This permit request is for mobile food vendors on the UT Dallas campus. Please fill out the requested information. For the start date of the permit, please choose the first date that you intend to arrive on campus (or the date that your last permit expires).

After your permit is requested, a member of the UTD Fire and Life Safety team will schedule an inspection of your truck or trailer to ensure it complies with federal, state, and university regulations.

Permits are valid for 1 (one) calendar year after approval.
